Pilates stretch for low back pain relief with Nicole
Take 10 minutes to improve your posture with stretches. Try these simple, restorative Pilates hip stretches and leg stretches to help ease lower back pain. Freeing up the leg from the pelvis (in the Pilates and body world we call this differentiating) will liberate your lower back and improve your posture, especially if you're been sitting at a desk or sofa recently. The only prop you need is a yoga strap or belt.
