Move outside the box in this 60 minute gentle flow class with Sofia focused on creating a spacious back body.

 

Lengthen And Strengthen

Easy 30 minute progressive class to lengthen and warm up the body. You'll decompress your spine with gentle mobilization before you stabilize and strengthen your core.

 

Deep Core Stability

Core stability plus balance challenge to wake up your connection with your center. For 60 minutes, Michelle guides you into deep core connection.

Mindful Full Body Strength

Full body flow 30 minute workout using hand weights to boost strength. Michelle guides you into a mindful yet rigorous class to align and strengthen your mind and body.

 

Slow Sneaky Core

In this 60 minute sneaky hard class with Sofia, you'll use simple props to build deep core strength.

 

Building Your Base

Working on strong hips and stable core with Felicia for 30 minutes to make sure you stand on your legs and not your back.
