About the Classes.

Six classes specially created to support your journey back to full strength.

You are kicking cancer to the curb, and now it’s time to work your way back to your strongest self! Six classes build from 10 minutes to 30 then 60, as Kaira Studios guides you through movement sessions that focus on increasing your strength, mobility, and endurance.  From biopsies and lumpectomies to mastectomies and total reconstruction, this series was developed to support you during and after your recovery.

The classes in this series are available virtually and have been designed to be done at your own pace. Each class builds upon the previous, so while you are able to do them in any order, we suggest you complete them in their curated order the first time through.  After that, it’s all up to you!

Taking time to restore mobility and breath is the first step to rebuilding strength. Use this simple 10 minute movement session to get your tissues stretching and breath moving.

 

Ease into Mobility

Using breath and simple movements you'll gently increase your mobility in this quick 10 minute class.

 

Mobility and Stability Dance

Balancing breath and mobility with stability in this 30 minute mindful class with Michelle.

 

Restore & Strengthen

A full 60 minutes where Amy guides you through gentle breath and stretching to prime your body for more rigorous strength building work in the second half of class.

Simple Strengthening

Intentionally and mindfully build strength and stability in this 10 minute class with Michelle.

 

Fluid Full Body Movement

30 minutes to move your full body at an easy fluid pace to slowly build strength and stamina.
