Push Up Hack

Push-ups are like squats. You're probably not raising your hand to be the first to do them.

Not to mention how tough they can be on your shoulders, neck and wrists.

But as we talked about last week, we have to move our arms. And building strength in our arms and upper body has significant impact not only on our posture but also our energy. A strong upper body can increase energy, focus and confidence. Push-ups and planks are a great way to find that power, but they can be intense on the wrists, neck, and shoulders (or maybe you don’t have time to get the mat out). Try them at the wall for a quick reset for your body and your mind.

Push ups... at the wall is how we make the powerhouse exercise accessible. Today's video you get to practice a few variations of push ups without straining your wrist, neck, or shoulders. You can do it anytime of day, even between meetings. It will reset your posture and your energy levels.
