Balance your wrist to balance your shoulder.

Do you ever have wrist pain in hands and knees or planks?

You’re likely doing a fare amount of scrolling and typing, but not a lot of weight bearing on your wrists. Or maybe you deal with other equipment (hello chefs, photographers, and makers) that may not prime you for planks. It’s understandable that your body might complain. Taking your body weight onto that small area of your body is a LOT.

First- have compassion.

Second- gentle movement and stretching. See video below or click HERE.

Your hands connect and correlate to your shoulders (even your neck). You'll find that tuning into your hand and wrist will provide you with a happier shoulder.

These moves are simple and gentle enough to stretch and mobilize your wrists. This will allow you to have better glide of the nerves through the carpal tunnel, as well as, help balance the shoulder joint.

Reset your wrists by clicking the video below.
