5 Minute Wrist Strengthening

Bone density loss is no longer relegated to your grandma. More people than ever are showing signs of loss of bone mass at earlier ages… as early as their late 20s. Your wrists are one of the key areas that loose mass. Which can lead to injury and even fractures. Start your prevention work by clicking HERE.

There are a lot of factors to keeping your bones strong. Weight bearing, strength building (yes with weights), alignment, diet and absorption, and other various factors.

You don’t have to tackle it all right now. But you can do something today. You can take just 5 minutes to build some strength and stability in your hands and wrists in this video.

Start taking preventative measures now by clicking the video below.

Next week we’ll build on this by adding in plank preparations. You’ll decompress and weight bear in your hands and wrists.

We’d love to hear from you! Post a pic and tag us on social to let us know how your wrist strengthening is going.

Stay strong, stay healthy, and stay home.
