Pilates Stretches for Tech Neck

Suffering from computer posture or tech neck?

After a day slouched over your desk or your phone, use these simple upper back stretches to reset your posture.

The key to making these stretches work is sitting on sits bones with ribs over pelvis (not slouched). Make sure to use a chair, stool, bolster or the floor to get optimal alignment before you start.

Bonus Points: It’s incredibly beneficial to your health to move the arms and ribs. And in the era of covid, it’s never a bad thing to boost your lymph, circulation, or respiratory health.

Remember: You don’t have to do it all just because it’s a new year. In fact, you’ll be more successful with your new year's resolutions and fitness goals if you pace yourself and use some days just for stretches like these.
